I believe that a love of learning is the ultimate gift a teacher can give to her students. Although every child possesses a natural ability to learn, a student’s desire to learn is an essential prerequisite to gaining new skills and abilities. I believe that it is the responsibility of the teacher to encourage this desire and to create an environment that fosters success and encourages students to become active, engaged participants in the learning process.
