 *Students may NOT be dismissed from testing rooms early!

Please note:

  • Make-up exams will require a doctor’s excuse and/or prior permissions from the principal.
  • Exams will count 1/5 of a student’s semester grade and shall be 1.5 hours in length.
  • Students should not visit other schools during the school day (i.e., HTMS or other area high schools).
  • Exam periods will last 1.5 hours.  Students are not allowed to leave the exam room until the end of the exam period.
  • Once students come to school, they may not leave the building until all of their exams are completed for that day.
  • The library will be open ONLY for study purposes. Library computers will not be available during this time.
  • To maintain a quiet testing environment, students should not be in the halls while other exams are being given.
  • Some teachers will schedule review sessions each afternoon. Students may also schedule individual or small-group study sessions with teachers.

 Learner's Permit

If you are getting a learner's permit, you must come by the high school to pick up a "Student Enrollment Form" from the front office.

 Parents - Can't Log In to Private Sites?

Call the Help Desk at 228-3006.

The Help Desk is available from 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday.

 Accessing Teacher Websites

1. On the left-hand menu, click the main category "Faculty and Staff."
2. Below the main category, click the sub-category "Faculty and Staff."

3. Scroll down and click on your teacher’s name. The names are in alphabetical order sorted by last name.

4. You are now on your teacher’s public website.

5. To get to your teacher’s private site, click "View My Private Teacher Site", located at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
6. Login is required. Ex: Username - TCS\joe.student2007 (graduation year)

 

*Please note that your username can only be 24 characters including the TCS\ and the period between first and last name.*

 

**Parents, you may experience difficulty logging into your child's private teachers' sites.  Students are currently in the process of creating their private passwords and it will take a few days for them all to find time to handle the change.   Passwords must be changed every 60 days (3 school months) for safety/privacy reasons.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
