I completed my speech-language pathology internship in 1996 at St. Vincent's Hospital, Voice Disorders Clinic, & Bruno Outpatient Rehabilitation Center. Since 1996, I have worked in the adult rehabilitation setting, and in the elementary, middle, and high school settings. I have experience working with adults and children with a variety of speech, language, and swallowing needs. I am a certified K-6 teacher for general and special education, and truly enjoy teaching oral and written language. Since 2010, I have also taught students diagnosed with dyslexia or having characteristics consistent with dyslexia in a specialized reading program, MultiSensory Language (MSL) from the Shelton School in Dallas, Texas.
