Important early dismissal information
Beginning in August, all Trussville City Schools will dismiss early on Thursday instead of Monday.
Teachers and parents of elementary school children were surveyed to ask their opinion about aligning the elementary early dismissal with the secondary schools. Over 75% of the respondents to the survey thought all schools should dismiss early on the same day of the week.
Beginning with the 2019-20 school year, all schools in our system will dismiss early on Thursday instead of Monday.
Students may not be dropped off in front of the school until 7:20 AM, and an adult is on duty.
If you need to drop off before 7:20 AM, please inquire about early morning drop off/before school care. Thank you for helping to keep all our students safe.
